Fuck dude, do you usually do doses this high? I hope you didn't just wing it and decide to take this much! To me, that's a whole lotta waste of mushrooms, but have fun man. Someone around here coined the term 'psychedelic ass kicking' not too long ago, i think this will fit right in there. How much weight fresh did you take, just to clear it up for everybody?

so even if the heat has killed of half the potency hes still had >20g dry, anybody here done that much? i understand there isnt a danger of toxicity but how do we know he will be OK. i wait to see.

Well, it is in the "best" case that the tea from 420gr wet is equivalent to an ounce of dry mushrooms. Due to ineffective tea brewing procedure, weak shrooms, or whatever, this might "only" be equal to half an ounce dry, which is still quite a quantity

Lemme get this straight, so you don't have to 
I will use fuzzy logic to match your experience.
~400gr fresh Psilocybe cubensis in the pot
Drank down 3/4 and 1/4 at the 1-HP
with that extraction let me give you a token 75% efficiency
DOWN THE HATCH:
300gr fresh Psilocybe cubensis
= 150-300mg Psilocybin being about 1 dry ounce or
= 750-1.500mcg LSD equiv. being about 10-20 average blotters
Between ingestion-post and report post 10 hours have passed.
Supernova, you gotta know we love you all the same without that power-dosing you did just now
Take your time. Please lay off the xanax as it's amnesia effects are unwanted. You got to integrate this. Have somebody call your job saying you came down with a bitchin' flu.
Perhaps it will be easy on you, perhaps it won't be. It's best to not do alot of stuff so just Be, sit in a chair, lie around, let your mind wander free and steer clear of computer, TV and books.
