Man this field was so full of shrooms the birds were picking them up and putting them in the trees.  Or was it the elves?  Don't believe me, well check out this pic:



:rolleyes:  Okay, okay, I put it there.  Anyhow, here's the result of today's hunt.  Again, the fields are overflowing and it becomes a question of which ones do you want rather than whether you're going to be able to find any.  I picked the ones that looked tastiest to me.  Here they are:

some call em gulf coast strain. But since I'm in southwest Louisiana (Acadiana parish), we call em acadian cubes. They are p. cubenis.

Squirrels are known to take shrooms into trees and place them on a branch to dry out in the sun, then eat the dryed mushroom later.

sander, U wouldnt find those damn squirrels so awesome after you have had a few mushie patches raided by em! I think squirrels SUCK, bunch of fuckin myco BOGARTS! They do alot of damage! No shit! :thumbdown:
