easy way to dry!!!
    #3359510 - 11/14/04 01:18 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

i also found a very easy way to dry take a floor standing oscillating fan, take the front grill off and adjust the fan to face the cieling, now you can place the mushies on the back grill just like a plate and turn the fan on high...........bam!!! dry in 12 hours with no hassle.

dry in 12 hours is cool. but i think it's cooler to just leave them out on random countertops and shit to dry, so ina fw days ur walking by somewhere and spot a perfectly dry mushy ready for consumption.

Whoa whoa whoa.

By the back grill, you mean the one on the back, I take it. Therefore, the fan is used to suck air away from the shrooms? Is this what u mean?

Interesting idea. I was just gonna blow the fan on them.

it's very hard to read his unclear message, but i think he's trying to say to put the fruits down inside the fan. It would be sucking air away from them.

People make way to big a deal about drying. Just leave them out for a few days or fan dry.

I understood it.  Just tip the fan so it's pointing straight up, take the front mesh off, put the mushies inside (beneath the blades) and crank 'er up.  Yeah, the air would be being sucked over the mushies rather than blown over them, but in both cases the air is moving so what's the difference.

I'll have to try this

I think a better idea would be to have the fan facing up towards the ceiling and remove the grill like he said, but turn the grill upside down and put it back on the fan so it forms like a bowl on top of the fan. Load it up and fire the fan up.
