Want to see some cobweb. Put some substrat into glass with alum. foil on top.Cobweb will show up. I do a few test jars every month, just to see what's out there.GL

I don't get cobweb if I leave stuff out, just green. This isnt a good idea to do though, your making more spores in your house putting your grow at risk and it doesnt really tell you much other then what spores are right where your jar went..theres mold spores everywhere, you just just always know that you have them. Sorry I forgot to say...check the contamination forum, at the top there is a post "Contamination FAQ's" There are pics of most molds there..I know cobweb is there. Ive seen pics of it resembling weak mycelium, never actually had cobweb myself though.

Well I cant help you out but if its cobweb it will consume the entire jar in 1-3 days from the point when you saw it..molds grow incredibly fast, mycelium is slower..if you could post a pic that would make it much easier.
