Casing

I am planning on using the 50/50 (plus) casing tek and i have the peatmoss, vermiculite and crushed oyster shells except I don't have the hydrated lime. I think i can get some, but can i still make the mix without it? Will it effect them alot? Or is there a substitue i can use?

you can use verm and it doesn't even have any of that crap in it....

You can use straight peat, you can use straight verm, or 50/50, but if it includes the peat I reccommend the lime too. It is to balance the ph, you want it to be about 7
