question for Pacific Northwest hunters

If I had a few days off over thanksgiving to fly up to the oregon or washington area, will there be much in the way of active shrooms growing at that time do you think? I have a few days and a gazillion frequent flier miles to spend and was thinking of doing this.

Also, anyone know of a good secluded location with a cabin. I'll be bringing my girlfriend so a nice romantic getaway in a place where we can hike out and hunt for some shrooms would be nice.

Thanks for any recommendations.

I live on the oregon coast in florence, we have tons of cabins on lakes, in the forest..ect. but, im not very experienced at hunting actives (my area are the popular edibles around here) so I wouldn't recommend coming here as I couldn't help find anything (haven't found anything myself, yet.), and i dont know anyone living in this town that hunts actives (they exist, i just dont know them ;p)
