POLY-FIL???? PLEASE HELP

I was told that I should use polyfil for Hippies neglect tek. But how the hell will i do this and is it really neccisary?

Whoever told you that must be an idiot....... where are you going to put polyfil if your growing your fruits out of the jar???? ummmm maybe use as an extra precaution for colonizing ... but i dont see why you should use it with this tek.. peace

Poly-fil is stuffing for pillows stuffed animals whatever, sooooo....you can get it at any craft store or sewing shop.

You can probably even pick it up at some rite-aids that sell fabric and other sewing supplies. Though not all rite-aids have that department. It would have to be a really big one.
