need help quick answer

i searched the shroomery and im just tired i need a quick answer for this search is taking to long
i need to know the water amount and rye grass seed amount for making spawn i need to know for pint and quart jars

i did search but everything that came up didnt say if it was rye grass seed or just rye flour isnt there a dif and i did this tek befor where i didnt have to soak it i just added the right amount of water let it sit over night shake it a few times and pced it

You could do that as well i guess. There's a bunch of diff. teks of there, jus pick one, eventually you'll find one you like for w/e reason and probably stick w/ it.gl

for any one that dont want to soak there rye grass seed

150 ml of seed
75 ml of water

just found my notes from a few years ago

I like to soak rye grass seed and mix with verm. I've found it to help tremedously in rye grasses problem holding in water..

That is Rye Berries, not Rye Grass Seed. Rye grass holds much less water..Simmering can work..I did it like that before but it turned out wetter then I would have liked and I towel dried very very well after drip drying. It wasnt really to wet though as it colonized fine..maybe just a little slow. When working with it again I'll try out a recipe for it..I for some reason think 100 grams of grass seed and 100ml of water is the recipe from where my Tamps came from..I think Mycosupply? One of the sponsers anyway..
