Does any one have any ideas on where to look here... A long time ago MJ told my friend about a place in tumwatter. I am moving to Oly and Would like to look this fall.

Someone should email me a bowl.

What's up, T.?! MJ mentioned a place in Tumwater, a riding stable. Look in well-composted hay and manure mixture in horse fields, etc. Hope that helps! Stay cool!-Levi7.

Thats the Happy Trails Riding Stable or the Trails End. It is across from the Tumwater airport.

Going south towards Olympia from Seattle, take the Black Lake exit off of I-5.

Make a left at the exit and go all the way to the Red light. Make a right turn and leep going until you dfind the airport. You can asked anyone, a little coffee shop where the riding stables are becaseu you have ot make a left tuyrn past the airport a little ways.

After rain check it outt. Waslk around and if anyone asks what you are doing telll them you are photographing fungus. Mj

The place that you sent us to was right off capitol way and like 85th or something in tummwater come to think of it it was right by an airport. Hey MJ when is the best time to go there? Pan. Sub. maybe??

WEll I went downthere with a friend a few weeks ago and the hay was gone from the front where the big stacks were but there is plenty behind the big barn building where they horse the horses..

Most of it is closed up and a caretaker is there. As I mentioned, if anyone asks you are photographing mushrooms

THe season could be over now until after July-into-August .

But if you are there then check it out.

MJ, did you find any while you were there? Right now, even after these last few days of rain, the only mushroom I'm seeing are Lawn Mowers'. Bummer!
