I just got 1(0ne) All American pressure cooker. I believe it has a metal to metal seal. It's no.7. I have no experience whatsoever with this type and have no owners manual. I could probably contact the manufacturer for details but I thought I'd ask of some associates if they have any tips for me before I start digging.
Thanks in advance!
Got a real deal too. One dollar for 15 1/2 quart model.
Feel free to pm me.
Thanks again.

Is it the type with a guage or a weight or both?

It's got a pressure guage which is cracked but ok otherwise.
There is no weight ; just a simple spring valve.
I'm sure it will work fine and probably very similar to all the others with gaskets. I'll contact the company just the same and maybe get a manual frome them.
Thanks for the help. Peace.
