How does the weather effect hunting?

This might seem like a stupid question, but the thing is, the weather doesn't change that much here - well, it does, but it doesn't snow or anything extreme like that.

Winter ranges from 10 to 20 degrees C and summer from 25 to 40+ degrees C. Rain is common throughout.

What I wanted to know is how this would effect the mushrooms. For example: shorter life span, fewer specimens, smaller, less potent...etc?

Can I expect to pick Psilocybin cubensis and Copelandia cyanescens year round?

I would sure like to hope so, otherwise I am going to work at WalMart..... I bow down to the professionals to wad out their knowledge so that others may know of the mushrooms!!!!!!!!
