? about patching after first harvest
    #3341943 - 11/10/04 01:58 PM (19 years, 4 months ago)

My homie's casings have been coming in nice and solid with tons of fruits. But when homie harvest his fruits it tears up his casing, he then puts on a little more casing where their r wholes and starts on his second flush, after a good mist.

Is thier anyway to not do so much damage to the casing or the myc. network?

Also my homie was wondering if you picked every pin or small mushroom after each flush?

And if so how the hell do you do it with out ripping of the small caps and futther damaging the casing?

Thanks for any help

ugh...
Ok.
try pulling your fruits as easily as possible that will help. it's important to know that some strains of cubensis are more attached to the substrate/teat more out than others. You can try to remove as many of the aborts as possible it's time consuming and you probably won't get them all... But it's worth the effort. cover the holes with a thiner layer of casing sop it's not to difficult for your homie's to grow threw it.
