    #3340634 - 11/10/04 08:41 AM (19 years, 4 months ago)

Hey ok so i know your suppost to have lights on 12/12 at least to trigger pinning. Do you guys lower the light after they start to pin? I still have mine on 12/12 and i notice a bigger difference in them after night time compared to at the end of the day. someonee told me to keep it 12/12 the whole time but i want some more opinions.
Thanks

Most people turn it to 6/18 after pinning has begun.

I rock 10/14 but 6/18 sounds good too.

I don't cut back on light until I'm happy with pinset. Those little early birds can deal with a little more light for another day or two. I like having lots of pins.
