Outdoor bed didn't fruit?
    #3339582 - 11/10/04 02:00 AM (12 years, 5 months ago)

Anyone had beds that were planted say last year and fruited a little bit that year but did nothing the following year. I'm in zone 7 btw. Has the fruiting season for this zone already past?

Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.

Ive heard you have to add more woodchips or straw or whatever you made it of when the season comes around again because the myc will survive but no nutes and will need nutes to grow and colonize and fruit.

"life is like a drop of rain getting closer and closer to falling into a lake, and then when you hit the lake there is no more rain drop, only the lake."

Growing with bags, start to finish (including my new grain and substrate prep)
Anyone looking to start bulk tubs/mono tubs/shotgun hybrids? Good tubs to use..
How I do grain (old still good tips)
Turn your closet into a fruiting chamber
Casing layer colonization and overlay

I planted my first this summer and I see it has a lot of mycelium in the bark but have yet to get a shroom to grow. I think it may just not have gotten cold enough here yet (I'm in Louisiana). Hoping to get some in the next few weeks.
