Definitely need more info. Take a print and what habitat was it found in. I would like to put my 2 spores in and and venture to say that I would pass it off as inactive. But wait for the experts...

Don't need any info on that one. They grow wildly in places such as my yard and throughout most of florida. It is non-active although I don't believe it is particularly dangerous.

Looks like a small agaricus. Did the stem bruise yellow at all?

i found it in a mulch bed in Tampa, FL. The stem is dry now, but its white towards the top then turns a gold-brown. and i think im just gunna pass on it, im too lazy to do a spore print on it since all the responses were pretty much a no.
