Pinning on sides.

I have a casing of B+ that only has shrooms growing from the sides. I used verm on the bottom, a layer of crumbled cake, and mushroom manure on top( I know, I know, that stuff is no good). Anyway, that was done 2 weeks ago and it is 80% colonized. Everything has pulled away from the sides, and that's where they're growing from. I use perlite and a cool mist, as well as an air pump. Humidity is 91%, temp is 78-82 deg. I've kept the top moist by spraying. Whats up? I also have 10 cakes in there that have produced 57 dry grams after 3 flushes(fourth on the way).

This happens if light comes too the sides.
Also as the casing pulled away a little, it created a nice humid microclimate.
Use opaque(black) fruiting containers and patch the edges of the casing with fresh casing material.
