There have been a few topics about how various things have effected you and how you think. So i started to wonder what this forum does for me. Most of it is just seems to be for mental gymnastics or yoga, so i can see how far i can push and twist my mind, etc. Aswell as the enjoyment i get from encountering new ideas, etc. What i want to know is if this is how other people use this forum, and if there has been anything that has prompted you to change your views or opions (doesnt have to be directly, maybe it made you find books, or music) ???

This forum is great! Allows me to freely express my thoughts. Even though some replies miss everything. I think it helps people try and understand each other better at the same time better understanding themselves.
