you just have to set that regulator to 15 psi, turn hit up til it starts jiggling. then turn heat down so it only jiggles a little bit, a few times a minute. those PC'es are ok, but i bought one and thought it was a waste, so i bought an AA 921 on ebay pretty cheap.

"Weight that has a guage built in" - hmm, I don't understand what you mean. A Weight? - Like put a weight with a pressure guage in the cooker, then how would i see it. Please further explain what i would use this weight for.

Just do what I said.  You dont need a gauge.  The regulator jiggles when it's at the proper PSI.  It wont go over, so just turn it down a bit so it jiggles a few times a minute and you have 15 psi!

correct, it jiggles and what the manual says...

some ones without the gauge you can change the rings on the weight and it will "jiggle" and a different PSI
