Hey again, I've never had Pan Subs before, and due to the abundance that I know have I guess I'll be dining on them for a while. How much would one recommend that I take??? And what kind of trip are they? Strong? Mild? Visual? Thanks!!

mild, decently visual, nice trip all in all, id say take about 10 of those big white ones, that should give you a very memorable and rewarding trip. if you really want to trip hard tho take 20, but that will be real hard. as MJ put it i beleive 20-30 small or about 5 large. i however recomend 10-20 large, but i REALLY like strong visuals, loss of co-ordonation, loss of reality, and supreme intence SHROOOOOMYness

Thesee mushrooms aare pretty acrid tasting. I usually make a tea out of the subs. Three to five dried grams or one fresh ounce. The same potency as P. cubensis by weight. They are aPanaeolus subbalteatus and have a shroomy time. mj
Have a shroomy day and may all of your days be shroomy.

Depends on the level of trip you want. Go with MJ or Mitchnast's recommendations if you have some experience w/ shrooms & know what to expect. Otherwise, maybe half that. Potency can vary from one collection to the next, possibly due to amount of nitrogen in the substrate, so start low to assess their strength. Larger doses can be VERY visual. Two caveats: (1) Though these are less bitter tasting than some Psilocybes, there's a certain nauseating quality to the flavor that makes it hard to gag down a lot of them. Tea helps, but you still want to hold your nose & get it down in one gulp, rather than sip it (and retch at every sip). (2) The onset and first stage of the trip up to the peak is quite speedy, even with small amounts. You may feel quite agitated, or euphoric, or both as they come on. I find it impossible to sit still on these, gotta get out & walk. Actually two of the best times I ever had on these (moderate-light doses) were playing frisbee & mountain biking.
