going to try G2G any suggestions

Well i think the title sort of says it all but i have a pint of WBS thats 100% colonized in my incubator and since i have run out of room in my terrarium and have plenty of room in the incubator i was thinking of trying G2G to more WBS jars i was going to make 4 WBS jars out of 1 any helpful hints i have read the whole G2G tek i was just wondering if anyone had anything to add

What do you have for a Clean Air box to do all your work in??

I use a very large home Hepa air filter/and cardboard 3 sided box and work in front of the air stream. It ain't perfect but it works.

yeah i have a large see through glove box i think its like 15 or 20 gallons its fucking huge for a glove box but i wanted room you know...

a friend has no probs in a bathroom... lysol the shit outta it then wait 5 min or so... go in rub down everything with iso prop alk then do it as fast and clean/smooth as you can.

allright cool i think ill give it a try tommorow or friday and il let you guys know how it goes and ill update when growth starts again which i hear could be up to 3 days later ???

I just use my bathroom too and have never had a contam prob whatsoever (knock on wood). I would recommend making more than 4 from the pint. All you need to colonize a 3/4 full pint jar is a heaping tablespoon (off of a sterile spoon of course) of spawn. I make sure to cover my face when I am working so that I do not breathe on the jars, to be even safer, keep them covered with foil or the unscrewed lid and only open when you drop the spoonful of innoculant in. I would say that you could easily make 12 jars from the 1.
