Question About Syrian Rue and MAOI's

I was reading about Syrian Rue seeds, and using them as an MAOI to strengthen my experience. I was also reading about the foods to avoid. If I do this just one night, how long do I need to avoid those foods? I know the suggestion is mainly for people who take MAOI's daily, but how long do I need to watch my diet?

you should not eat foods containing tyramine for at least 8 hours before ingesting the maoi and for another 8-10 hrs after....
i can suggest you to smoke some ground rue seeds during the experience...it works wonderful and you don't need to eat anything...

be very careful BTW...can be an overwhelming experience...
start with a low dose of mushies, MAX 2 grams..

Thanks! This will be for future reference, as I don't have anything yet . . . but I wanted to be safe. Yes, I heard it can double the experience, so I will be starting slow!

do a search on the net...there's plenty of magical plants suppliers....
also you might want to try banisteriopsis caapi instead rue....
B.C. it's a wine from south america, it contains(+ or -) the same alkaloids of the rue....but is much pleasant...
the drawback is that you must make an extraction...but is worth the work...very rewarding...
