Was reading today about a new taser(i think thats what its called) gun that can stun whole crowds, its slightly bigger than a rocket launcher. Prototypes have been used already in the US )and quite a number of people have actually died soon after they had been stunned.
This is fuckin nuts, its like something out of a first person shooter game
Anyone else heard much about this thing?

i wish they would put more R&D into the subsonic riot control devices. the ones where they aim this thing at the crowd and the sub sonic frequencies start to make them all nauseous.

'XADS is also planning a more advanced weapon which it hopes will have a range of 100 metres or more'

Its because no one would want to clean up an entire crowd's fecal and vomit debris.

thats fucked up.........im seriously scared to live in the 21st century now...
I figured we would be moving ahead with technological advances, new social understandings, and a much improved method of life... only seems to be going backwards.

Listen now I'm talking I've been here for weeks Waiting in this growing crowd Staring at my feet
The world around me's turning I'm just standing still The time has come for changes Do something or I will
I"m a feather in a storm I'm a raindrop in the sea If I don't get enough of you I'm a lighter shade of me
Sisters, brothers all around you There's a devil in the crowd Meet his eye and it's the end of time If you're bparying don't be loud
It's crowded in the lowland But the fools stay on the hill You control us now You have the reins Do something or we will
So show us why we came here Before we lay on the ground Give it to us loud and clear Make the devil turn around

Better than having your local police department having to "clean up" the media aftermath of an innocent bystander shot thru the eye with a riot control BB gun device.

what's scarier, I read that they can (either they could make them now, or it's being worked on in R and D) make energy wepons that work on the same principle, but are on a frequency that mess with the heart rythm... the target wouldn't have a chance...

Got a question about a substance? Erowid might already have your answer! Have questions about the mushroom experience? The Tripper's FAQ may have your answer or someone else might have had your question before. That's almost as bad as the radiation guns they have that can fry skin from 100 yards... or the strobe flashlights that paralyze the central nervous system..
