Finally Starting Out... Need Some Help Please

I just received my 4 syringes yesterday (Thanks SporeChicks!) I inoculated 12 1/2pint jars of bird seed last night. I was wondering, do I put those jars in complete darkness or leave them in the plastic tub which I will be using to fruit with? I also squirted 2cc of spore water into about 800cc of honeywater (composed of 1 teaspoon honey, 5cc H2O2, and 800cc of water) Would I leave that in the dark too? How would I notice signs of mycelium growth? When the jar is fully colonized, would it be okay to keep the jar in the refridgerator to keep from pinning, and if so, how long would I be able to keep the in the fridge for? Remember, I have 800cc's of this shit. Plenty eh?!

First of all, if you are just starting out, I would NOT suggest the honey water Tek. It's a great Tek, but prone to contams and sometimes it does not work. Yes, leave the jars in total darkness until they are 75-80% colonized then introduce them to light. Try and keep the jars at 78 - 80 degrees as well. When the jars are 100% colonized, wait another 3 days or so then birth them.
