contamination question(s)?

the kitchen is the only place i can prepare syringes. the problem is i have no filterbox or anything, instead i work in a semi-enclosed corner of the kitchen, cover the surface with cling wrap, spray the whole are with lysol. then i use pre-sterilised baby-jars and pre-sterlised syringes to mix and then collect spore solution. between syringes i spray more lysol. i wear gloves for the whole procedure and spray them with isopropyl alcohol too.

does this sound ~fairly~ sterile to everyone? i do the best i can :) thanks for your help!

Sounds pretty good. The Oven-Tek might work better as long as you're in the kitchen.You could combine both methods.
