Predictions for the next four years?
    #3313040 - 11/03/04 08:32 AM (13 years, 24 days ago)

I predict the US will go to war with two more countries.
I predict oil will rise above $70/barrel.
I predict regular oil at the pump will top $3/gallon.
I predict there will be there will be some sort of draft.
I predict the PATRIOT Act II will pass.

i predict i will get even more tired of hearing about bush and more whining about terror and how we should live our lifes in fear because of some muslims. last time you could excuse america with they did not know what they was doing when they voted for bush. today america has proven they want this chimp as leader. that is all fine by me at least we know where we have america and americans not just the us goverment., its not up to me to decide who is going to be americas leader,. i predict my country , norway, will get even more richer because of high oil prices, wich doesnt bother me at all. I predict there is a party over at the bin ladens today . i also predict usa will get more debt they will never pay but instead keep giving ultimatums to the world.. i predict more anti americans worldwide. i also predict a good summer next year but its not like im nostredamus

I predict we will not invade another country
Oil will drop below $40 a barrel
Gasoline will remain around $2 a gallon
There will NOT (nor has it been mentioned) a draft
The patriot Act 2 will probably pass.

I am sad.

America chooses for violence and war and low taxes. Ego rules.
The rich people are proteced cause they will not be happy having 4,5 billion on the bank instead of 5 billion... Poor them.
Middle and lower class must have been voting 4 that monkey as well, maybe cause they have been frightenend. I dont know.

US should develop new energy sources like fuel cell technology etc instead of killing in foreign countries to have them 4 cilinders rolling!

Sad people..... And a very sad sad Bush, appealing to peoples fears. The election campaigns in itself (both democrats and reps) make me sick now and then.

USA still a nation of sad cowboys who cant let go? They get the leader the want, and they deserve.. Sad for the non-bushies....

But what do we see in New York? Democrats win in the state of 9-11. A little bit of hope.

Cause the solution will not be the bomb, the solution will be cooperating and understanding. Sure terrorists must be punished, but understand why some people go in resistance in for exampel Iraq!?
The dutch killed Germans who occupied Holland during WW2, are the yterrorists, no they are Freedomfighters!

As long as people refuse to understand each other, no communication is there, and they communicate with bombs.

US lost much goodwill in the world after bombing Afghanistan and Iraq. Lying!!! Not over a stolen apple but about a many billion dollar project which gets thousands and thousands of people killed & wounded, and makes millions of people sad, and creates many many terrorists.

America have a nice day, but it makes me sad that a so called christian is more of a gunhorney chipnut then a man who has love and respect on his agenda. Just that USA you have just chosen your own fucking extremist, AGAIN.

MF

Which all have been wiped out from where I live, Holland.

That's not really a prediction. It's more of a rant.

I'd like to keep this civil instead of people deriding other people's predictions.

I predict much more whining on the left about Bush.

That the egotistical crybabies will ponder (aloud) how is that everyone is stupid and brainwashed - why are they so much more intelligent than the majority of the country.

That they'll be so fed up with it in the US that they have got no choice but to leave....they won't of course, saying this just makes them feel righteous. Never mind it's self-righteousness.

LOL civil, what is that? Those election campaigns?
Am I deriding other peoples predictions?

You are deriding my view maybe? Wherefrom you can extract predictions very easy.

My predictions for simpleminds:
Ok I predict a lot more suffering in the world, more dead GI's, more warkilled children, terrorism will increase, more polarisation, a lot of bombs, more anti-usa spirit and a very very very high debt!

invasion of one or two countries - Iran possibly
terrorist attack
possible stacking of supreme court with christian fundamentalists
deficit spending massively increased
jobs vacating the US at an increased rate
several thousand more dead American soliders
North Korea will continue to be ignored
corporate welfare at an all-time high
further denial of gay rights in most states

...and well, everything that the republicans/neo-conservatives want considering they now control the house, senate, and white-house.

There will be no more invasions, aerial pummeling likely.

More american/british troops will be sent to Iraq. There is a clear military need for more troops, but Bush could not send them before the election, now he can. Although you may have a wait until after the UK elections for British troops.

No military action against N. Korea, it got into the club.

Iran will desperately try to acquire nukes, so it can be safe from invasion, but Israel will probably take matters into their own hands, the US will say "naughty, naughty" but actually be quietly please.

PATRIOT II will pass.

Deficits will grow.

More religion based laws will be passed prohibiting more things.

"America....Fuck Yeah!" will replace the Star Spangled Banner (not really but it would be funny as hell at the next Olympics.)
