So let me get this straight, the odors will be completely eliminated after pasteurization?

i use composted manure and it smells like potting soil when i pasteurize. later when i incubate or anything it doesnt smell at all

mine smells pretty crappy...more sour(i know i know this could be bad but it was my first pasturize and i've learned some lessons about it already). i could be in luck though because colonization is progressing and no visible sign of anything contammy yet.
