seeing the corpse from my past life
    #3308548 - 11/02/04 09:52 AM (19 years, 4 months ago)

If I was to do some research and figure out who I was in my last incarnation, then I go to that cemetary and dig up my corpse and look at it...will that make my head explode?

Does this really carry enough spiritual/philosophical weight to be posted here? I'm really fuckin' tired, so I can't make that judgement.... I can barely read....

I got a quick question concerning reincarnation.
From what I understand from reading stuff in here, humans only reincarnate into humans, and another animal cannot reincarnate into a human. How is this possible? What makes it that reincarnation can only happen in the closed circle of the species that is concerned?

Does anything YOU say really carry enough spiritual/philosophical weight to be posted here? Others can post what they want.

"Gomp I need some Norweigan loving."

amen brother

and i think to answer your question, no it wouldnt make your head explode, but it would fuckin trip you out and possibly cause a tear in the space time fabric

and as for if this holds enough wieght to be here, yes for what my vote counts. recent posts have clearly set an 'anything goes' precedent.

the buhdists believe that being incarnated as a human is a gift... and that you can be incarnated into many different beings.

ironically, you have to do the most good to be incarnated as a human, but in human form, you have the capacity to do the most "evil" acts.

interesting.

btw. your head would be fine, but your spine would melt.

Well, you aren't the physical manifestation you 'incarnate' into.

Assuming that reincarnation is valid for this example, seeing the corpse of a past incarnation would be like seeing any corpse.

It is a collection of now inanimate and rotting organs. A pretty sight, but no head explosion

This is of course speculation, heh

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.
