so thats what i got, from my understanding if it stays gray its ok, its when it turns green its bad or am i way off. and can the mycelium can overgrow it.

cobweb spreads extremely fast, sometimes people confuse cobweb with aerial mycelium. if it doesnt spread then it is NOT cobweb.
this is cobweb:

Cobweb will not turn green. Green does start as white grey then turn green. Green may contaminate along with cobweb..but either way even if it doesnt turn green, if its cobweb its still no good. Myceleium can resemble cobweb occasionally because there is very differing mycelium. You should know cobweb once you get it though..

Those are some good (bad?) pics ham!

cobweb seems to dislike the H2O2/water spray on them. And the salt too;-)

If you have a big grow IMO its not worth it keeping a contam in the house. I irradicate anything immediatly once it starts growing. Jars take me a while to get around to but they're stored sealed in a rubbermaid in their tyvek covered jars and dont sit around for too long.
