incubator can be fairly small. You can stack jars. But if you are planning on casings, I suggust something a little flatter. Mine is about 19"x12"x11" inside tub.

Air pump.. ideally you want 2-3x volumue each hour... so 31gal is 124qts.. that's about 130L... you want a pump that's at least 130L per hour(that means 120L pump is not very good...) You'll need to go 1 large pump with 2 outlets at 240L per hour(pump standards are usually 20,40,60,80,120,160,240L per hour) or 2 pumps with 2 outlets each... I think the best bet because of the number of wands you want to use are the 1-240L per hour or 3-80L per hour.

Heater? I always tell people to get bigger ones for few extra bucks. 200 or 300 W will work even through the coldest months, and they cost few dollars more than 50 or 100W heaters.

Good luck

Sam

for a couple of dollars more, you could be agreeing with me that 200W heater would not make you think about insulation problems.
