    #3305598 - 11/01/04 05:54 PM (12 years, 1 month ago)

Hey guys,

Im a little concerned, I soaked my berries, then simmered for 45 min then pcd them and they look very dark, and almost dehydrated, I used tyvek and tinfoil on top of jar lid, I dont think moisture escaped. Are they supposed to look so much darker after pcing???

Mine looked dark as well after pc. I do not know the reason, but they seem to be colonizing well. Go ahead and inocc them. They're good 2 go!
