Does anyone know where I could buy some decent, reliable hard drives for a good price online? My old cpu needs a new one and I've never bought a replacement before so I'm asking for some advice.

http://www.tigerdirect.com/ is pretty similar to NewEgg.
If you know what you're looking for, using a shopping engine is a good idea: http://arstechnica.dealtime.com/xCH-computers%7Elinkin_id-3038560
Do you know what you want? How much are you looking to spend?

www.pricewatch.com use that to look for prices, then look up the store at www.resellerratings.com to see how well their service is.
Newegg.com is my fav place, never let me down. If your buying stuff like fans and printers, the shipping rapes you, but there are plenty of items that have free shipping, including all hard drives.

I recommend NewEgg.
-------------------- To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.' Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence. Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains. Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.
