Shake Shake Shake?

Will it mess things up if I shake my colonization jars to get some air exchange in there? I've got little spots of mycelium already...so would it screw things up?

IMO I would wait until the mycelium has a little more growth. i waited about 6 days before shaking. The growth spots were about 1 inch by 1 inch or so...
