Keep misting?

I had a cake that wouldn't pin so I crumbled it up and cased it with sphagnum moss. I few days later one pin has poked it's head thru the surface. Maybe 5% of the surface is colonized. I know that pinning will happen when it's time, but this one popped up early, SO>>>>My question is....
Do I need to keep misting the casing or because of the one pin do i need to stop misting?

It hadn't done anything for 3 weeks, so I dunked it and it gave me two mushies(one week ago). Someone mentioned to me that I should case, so I did. The reason for this question is that barely any mycelium is visable thru the casing and only one pin.

Pick that pin and waite for a more even pin set.
