when you vote you accept and partake in the deception of the world and all it's affairs. you are ruled by it, bound by it, and guilty by association. voting is for the weak, the blind, the dumb, and those who cannot think, nor rationalize by themselves. voters are merely attempting to belong, blindly accepting the false for the lie in order to maintain a social standing... the are devoid of a true soul and self.

voting gives people the illusion of having some power, or input in how the agenda unfolds.

It's true, because the government is based on its citizens (we are the government), those who hold public office can be loosely considered as puppets. At the same time, however, they are not without minds. We also place faith into our public servants that they will express wisdom.
Realistically, I believe Kerry is the best choice. Idealistically, I might have a different candidate in mind.

Agreed. If one thing pisses enough people off, we are easily able to be very persuasive to congress. When all is said and done, their ultimate responsibility is to us. Some examples that come to mind: the end of slavery, women's sufferage, and the end of the vietnam war, to name a few.

Does it really look like they are planning on putting a stop to any of the above any time soon? It looks to me as these and similar problems involving the abuse of power have been increasing, bigtime. btw incase you are unaware, our government lied about the Vietnamese attacking our ships which supposedly instigated Vietnam. Just one of many historical events that have been silently pushed aside as if they are no big deal that should infuriate everybody.

What do you mean? Putting an end to the end of slavery? to the end of the vietnam war?

Plenty of people were infuriated with vietnam. There were mass protests and uproar. It was covered up at the time, but today it's common knowledge that vietnam was based on lies.
