politics.

it is rather intersesting that the roman breakdown of the word politics is in essence taken from two words... poly, meaning many or more than one, and tic, a bloodsucking creature. may GOD FORGIVE AMERICA and all it's worldly endeavors, yet if judgement do cometh, may it be swift and without mercy. when america is no more, the planet will be on the path to peace.

When you say America, do you mean its citizens, like me? Does this mean you believe the world is not on the path to peace because of me and people like me? Does this mean I should be no more?

The world is not on a path to peace because too many people like you (or perhaps not you) seem to be more than willing to continue putting up with it all.

It's true, there are several issues that plague humans in every country throughout the world...but at the same time, there are so many blessings too. So, what are these people putting up with exactly, and what would you suggest to correct the matter?

to me it looks like there will probably have to be a revolution of some kind

our governments don't seem to be doing their jobs at all, that is, working for the peoples best interests - or basically being a psysical representation of the people.

Are you satisfied in how the governments have been going about their (which should technically be our) 'business'?

If I had to make a vague judgment based on America's performance as a whole, then my answer is a definite yes. But I am not naive, and I understand there are several issues that could use improvement. Afterall, this system, like it's human creators, is not perfect. I hope to make positive changes by means of the system.

why, the influence of the great roman empire is self evident in our everyday lives... our time, our calendar, and most importantly, our language. poly-tics... you can put your head together and figure out what i mean, if not, well then you can call it a parable.

It is from the Greek meaning of the people or state. It has nothing to do with "poly" meaning the many. No surprise that he made something up

ok. one time only. ladies and gentlemen... the world is ruled by evil men from ages past until these present days, men whose only purpose is to enslave, use, and consume mankind in the process of furthering their own ends and agendas. all that you see around you(the world) is the makings of lies and deciet in order to control ones simple mind, to confuse reason and individual intellect to the point of absurdity and delusion. when you partake in the workings of the world by choice... taxes, voting, religions, traditions, trends, going with the flow... you are in fact contributing to the evil empire that controls the world today. if you cannot realize this fact, i must regretfully say, that you are being successfully deceived.

well, i would agree that the current status-quo in the world today is not one that i find acceptable, and i feel that i am continually dedicating myself in my every action (or at least continually trying) to change the way that the world is...

but the greek's weren't a part of the roman empire. the greek empire was before the roman empire...
