too much moisture? noob question

PF jars were sterilized using a pressure cooker for 50 minutes and let cool in the pressure cooker, when they were taken out there was some cloudy white sludge at the bottom of the jars. I assume this is too much moisture, but is there anything i can do about it? help if you can

is it on the inside of the jar or on the outside.

its mostly on the inside, but a few have it on the lid

2 of my jars did it and they are being really slow to colonize that part. I think itsfrom water getting during pressure cooking but thats just a guess.

you sure it isnt just rice powder that collected at the bottom

If it is rice powder would that slow it down like it did in mine and if so how do you keep it from doing that in the future.

i opened one up and the cake shrunk quite a bit also, next time im making sure to use tyvek. Maybe the water boiled out of it. the cake was too clumped to waste spores on, so try try once again
