My last trip a long time ago was very intense. I remained in an unconscious state on my floor for about 4 hours. It consisted of lots of death. All of it was death, people being mutilated, rivers of bodies, ....etc...etc. This occured pretty much for the entire duration, and I only have a few images locked in my brain, but I do remember that during the trip I would always see these long slimy tentacles that looked exactly like a squid. Somehow I knew this thing was involved in what was going through my head. Recently I read about cthulhu, and his mythology, having never heard of him before. Could it be that Cthulhu visited me during my trip?!!!?

sometimes i have trips that focus heavily on grotesque imagery, kaledioscopic images of blood and guts and violence and brutal sexuality, as well as ugly faces and stuff. I think this is jsut the psychadelics bringing some of your lower/darker nature to the fore for examination and cleansing. Cthulhu didnt visit you in any real sense, because he is a fictional character from a fantasy novel.

This is cool, BUT unfortunately this cool mythos was created by Howard Phillips Lovecraft. He thought up Cthulu, Necronomicon ...the whole bit. Lovecraft rocks!!! If he was real I would worship him though...he has a squid on his face and looks quite cool.

loveCrafT was a writer yes, but He was also mUch more than that. he saw things that Lerkerd In your darkest tHoUghts...his storys were reaD by many and REvered by some, there Are real tribes and cults who have avid MemberS with sacrifices maybe that belive that cthulhu and the elder ones are real...they also belive that cthulhu will destroy mankind eventually and if you worship him your deathw ill be quick and painless. Who are we to say that there wrong? if i can previde more proof than a book will you think it more probable than something that goes against fossils found and science discoverd? proof? well the ChrisTans Have the bible and storys...i have speakers and the link to the soUnd that was captured by the u.s. nationaL oceanic and atmospHeric administration. the soUnd, traced to somewhere around 50° S 100° W which is right around where lovecrafF placed r'lyeH and This sound fit the profile for A animal but no know speicies wold be biG enough, it would have to be several times the size of a blue whale....wiki it...the Name of the sound is bloop IA IA

I guess Cthulhu is more of an immediate threat. Well actually, as I recall he's sleeping right now, so we should be ok. Azathoth is off somewhere piping, enjoying his role as the seething nuclear chaos. Maybe Nyarlathotep is the one to watch out for.
