yeah well at the time I thought nothing of them.. I was more worried about the weed I had. I had them in the same container as some advil.. I'm not used to being violated by police officers and I certainly didn't think they would charge me with a felony for a couple flexorals. yeah should have acted quicker.. I know better now.. learned my lesson thats for sure.

Well, I think the most important thing to make sure of is having that felony charged bumped down a notch, if it takes some negotiating or whatever, because you do not want to be a felon. :frown:

Even if you end up with more jail-time or even probation - in the long run, it would be worth it, you definitely do not want to be a felon.

I'm also curious if the state really can give you probation, requiring that you stay within the state or even county, if you do not reside there and you can prove residency in another state. That might be a thing to look into....

You could always skip state, but I doubt the person who put up that collateral would be very happy... :wink:

Perhaps the Shroomery could organize some sort of event in conjuntion with other organizations to protest or something. :laugh: This county seems to be one of the worst on drugs, I think we need to flood them with a thick, unpenetrable fog of pot smoke. :lol:

Here in CA, if you get probation and community service and stuff, you can complete it in another state. You just have to send proof to the court.
