Found in Connecticut - Plowed down forrest - moist soil and alot of dead trees and leaves Gills - color - Chestnut (medium brown), gills dont seem to be connected to stem Measurment - Look at pics Stem color - offwhite/light brown, slippery/delicate (thin) Cap color - light brown, texture - RUBBERY - tiny ridges(around cap's rim) Color that the mushroom bruises - no bruising? possibly darker brown Scent of mushroom - kinda sour/mildew ish Spore print - DARK!brown-Black
(BTW that is a quarter)

i wish i could help you but i can tell you theyre not active.. the pictures are blurry . maybe Psathyrella.. maybe panaleous.. but im cross eyed and blind so i cant help much

LBM's... like bmarley said maybe some type of psathyrella... although they could be one of many species of mycena.. "they are wherever there is rotting wood".. mostly on decomposing pine in my experience.. "I think",,,,enjoy studying thier macro features.. and plant them outside.. Nofindum...
