i m out of , brown flour rice, so for my next sustrate wath would you recomend me, the rice flour + vermi, works great, may i stick to this or try another.
please if someone know spanish answer me in that language, so is more easy to me .
rye??? what taht it means, better sapnish, but english are welcome to(although is the universal language for here.

Lo puesdes intentar con semilla de pajaro. Bota la semilla dentro de un vaso y llenalo de agua, deja el agua en el vaso por 12 horas, despues drena el agua muy bien y esteriliza el vaso.
No lo se hacer con centeno (rye) pero esso talvez otra alma te ajude.

Yo tambien necesito experimentar mas all? del "brf".
Est? tarde usar? centeno (organico, sin pr. qu?micos) para comenzar la segunda tanda. Las medidas que he elegido:
-centeno: 110 gr.
-agua mineral: 120ml.
-1 gramo de yeso.
-y una tabletita de calcio machacada (no se si su utilidad esta en el calcio en s? o en las burbujitas).

Es importante asegurarse de tener espacio en el bote para agitarlo, cada 2 d?as o as?, para que el micelio se propage con m?s rapidez. Cuando colonize todo el sustrato pienso esparcirlo en una bandeja profunda y cubrilo con vermiculita y turba. Pues nada; espero que te inspire. A mi me han hablado maravillas de este procedimiento, ya pondr? fotos.
