Hey i was just wondering if anyone knew the legal status of peyote seeds.  I know that peyote itself is illegal. But is there anyway to possibly bypass this by getting seeds or something. (legally)  I also know that there a variety of cacti providing hallucinogenic experiences, does anyone have any information on them and their legality?

I believe that certain chemicals like mescaline are illegal no matter what form they are in, but i would like some one to explain it more clearly for me thanks. :tongue2:

pretty sure san pedro is legal long as you don't ingest :smile:...peyote is actually legal up here in canada you can buy the seedlings at a couple places in TO

only peyote is illegal in the states, but they are legal to the church. seeds are illegal, but it would be very hard to identify them from certain other cacti seeds. trichs are legal but not to ingest. mescaline is illegal, raw or extracted. only illegal raw if ingestion is teh prupose. you are legally allowed to have cut cacti and live cacti grow, jsut not peyote.

great thanks a lot guys, i was at work for like 8 hrs so sorry if i responded slow, but thanks for the info :smile:

so i can get san pedros or trichs (whats their full name) legally as long as i dont ingest them?  and i know the seeds would be hard to identify, but iwas looking for an easy place who would ship them, which they wont if they are illegal...
also mescaline.com isnt working!
