Casing dunk...

After dunking a casing, should I put more casing material on top of it or just let it how I pull it out from the dunk. Thanks guys.

don't recase it after dunk. You are just wasting time and nute trying to force the mycelium to grow through it again.

so you can take a whole casing and dunk it in cold srping water or i've read creek water works good for shrooms..and your able to absorb the extra water content? or how do you go about draining?

i just thought you didn't dunk casings only cakes?

I use distilled water. It doesn't take it all. You dunk the casing in the fridge for 18-24 hours, put the casing back in the original (but clean) container, and put back in the terrarium.
