I am still a rookie but I believe one of the strains will become dominant and kill off the other. Someone will probably correct me, but I tried

Sublime is correct. The strains will compete, thus slowing down an otherwise hopefully speedy colonization which will increase your risk of contamination.

Doesnt' this competition occur with substrains of one strain anyway? What is the technical difference between the competition between mycellium of differen't strains/prints and between different spores that have germinated from one print/syringe?
sorry for the stupid question.

It's a bad idea. If it fruits you will get small fruits from each one. They may either compete and one kill off the other. Substrains are much closer to eachother then different strains are. Two different GT's would work together where as GT's and Cambos wouldnt. As you mixed them up together they wouldn't regain they're networks to eachother and you'd have clumps of mycelium of different species fruiting individually instead of growing together and working as a network and giving you nice flushes.
If you have extra spawn by all means, see what happens, but if your afriad you might waste it, don't do it.

Only if you threw them all in together and mixed them up. If you were to put a casing with one strain on one side and one on the other side then both sides would probably fruit ok..a little trouble in the middle maybe. It's just breaking the myc up into little peices and mixing it around that is the real harm.
