Quick Popkorn question!

Just how damp should the popcorn be after I let it sit in a strainer.  Damp to the touch?  Enough to leave a little water residue on your hand? :mushroom2:

My buddy is doing his first run with popcorn too. He figured the dryer, the better. He added a little verm to soak up any excess moisture in his jars.
He let the popcorn drain for a good hour first though...

Well I PC'd it was a little damp yet, let it dry out for just over an hour. The problem was I had ALOT of corn, because I was doing alot. I guess we'll see what happens? Appreciate the pic -

I just let mine sit in water for 24hrs and then boiled/simmer for 45min let dry for 45min. Then they go in pressure cooker, that is all. Moisture content seemed perfect.
