Only if he out and out admits to a crime, such as possession of those not so legal mushrooms.
Prixies work well if you're paranoid.

I'm sure it is monitored, but I have never heard of someone being busted for what they post on here.

Take it just like AOL instant messanger. If you watch those FBI files shows on courttv, they dont look on the net to find criminals.
What happens is, a crime is commited, they find suspects, then use their name to look up sites theyve registerd too and use. Once they see you have an aol account, they ask aol to give them your logs that get stored. Yep everything you say on IM never goes away.
Then they can use those messages as evidence, but even then it usually isnt the final say in what gets you caught.
I dont believe any court would allow a charged to be filed on the basis a person was saying he grows on some website. THey would need hard evidence. Thats when if they wanted would stake you out and try to get you to sell to them.
But that seems like a lot of bullshit for them just to bust a minor peddler... If they start doing that id be wondering whats happening to the rest of my government tax money. Even more so than now......

Also i should note, if you read the Privacy Policy like you should for every website, here's what the Shroomery's includes near the end. To enter this website you must NOT be reporting your activities to any law enforcement agency or be affiliated with law enforcement in ANY capacity. If you are or in any way connected to law enforcement, a government anti-drug group, agency, firm or were formally a worker of one you are not permitted to enter this web site and you may not access or view any of its files, so please leave now. If any of the above applies to you and you enter or browse this website, you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton in 1995 and that means that you CANNOT threaten our ISP(s) or any person'(s) or company storing these files, and cannot prosecute any person'(s) affiliated with this page which includes family, friends or individuals who run or enter this web site. By your use of this server, you agree to hold harmless the managers and its contributors against ANY AND ALL CLAIMS arising out of use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Now though, i guess the Patriot Act prbably overrides this entirely like it does to every other right we have, but by definition the Patriot Act is for terrorist-related activities. But then the government runs an ad saying that selling drugs is directly supporting terrorism. I wanted to gouge my eyes out when i saw that ad

The Internet Privacy Act does not exist. Just google "Internet Privacy Act". You are being watched.

nah man that's bad advise. everyone should be cautious. i don't mean everyone should be looking over their shoulder while on the keyboard but to say it's fake and to play and have fun is dangerous. post a pic of a nice sized meth lab and a copy of your electric bill happens to be in the photo at the hive, then tell me it's fake and too play and have fun. there's hardly anyone here worth anytime in investigating probably. mushrooms don't seem all that high in priority for leo and we seem to run in smaller more close knit groups than other kinds of drugs (like you don't buy shrooms from the guy on the corner most of the time i assume), just be smart and laylow you'll be cool
