I live in the sf bay area suburbs, and i havent seen a single mushroom of any sort, i think that its a little to earlie, i usually see mushrooms growing out of everyones lawns, i even went to a forest and didnt see a single mushroom, anyone else find this right now? Every year i miss the season, and i dont want to miss it this year.. Any one find this in common?
Is it to early? to hot? not moist enough? i have no idea..
right now is the beginning of the WA season, but i don't know about california. I think cyans grow in Cali, but Im not sure. You want to have some chilly weather i think. Unless they're some sorta freakish, hot weather cyans. I bet if you reseached the cyan on the shroomery facts and FAQ section you'd be able to find some info. Of you could ask one or two of the highly intellectual "non-newbie's".. Well, good luck. but they might make fun of you if you go around eating unidentified, deadly mushrooms.
