We really need to see the underside of the caps to have a good shot at IDing them. It would also be valuable to see the base of the stem.

At a glance they look similar to the group of genera around Omphalina, Xeromphalina, or Marasmius.

Happy mushrooming!

I've seen the ones you have there in alot of places, but I don't know what they are. The ones you have there have a dark rusty-red stem. Probably not good. They also look like they might be a (structurally) weak mushroom. If you find a potent Psylocybe, it will most likely have a really white stem, that blues harshly. I just recently got lucky and found some cyans in the Bremerton, WA Area. Try looking in newly established shopping centers or places where they anually renew the "beauty bark". You want to find fairly new Alder mulch, I believe. The reason is the rate of decomposition in Alder mulch. But sometimes you can find them in the wild. These are some Ps. Baeocystis found in a major dept store parking lot. I wish i could show you a picture of the mulch right now. I like the shroomery. These guys can help alot, but a good place to read up, is also found in FAQ section.

I'm still inclined towards Xeromphalina, although Mycena is a possibility also. Most Mycenas are more conical shaped than those.

Happy mushrooming!
