Shrooms on cow dung

Is it true that all shrooms that grow on cow shit are safe? Are there any "look-alikes" that are deadly that also grow on cow dung?

i wouldnt go with the theory of all shrooms on cow shit is safe, i dont know cause i would never go hunt them. but if htey turn blue you should be safe, but there are others that turn blue and i dont know if they are poisonous. there is also a complex way to check if its magical but its to hard for me to even fuck with (really i dont care cause my way is safer) but dont trust them unless you know. i bet if you were to post pics over in the hunting forum they could let you know.
