Much larger. Just look at the pics. You go from 7 grams max to 1 ounce max per flush. Later

Get yourself some coco coir and some verm. Mix 70% coco coir and 30% verm with enough water to make it moist. Sterilize, pasturize, or don't if your lazy. I suggest sterilizing. Find some clean containers that you have wiped out with alochol. Break up cakes into containers making substrate thickness about 1 1/2 inches thick. Spread casing mix (that stuff you made) evenly on top about 3/4" thick. Mist and cover with foil. Incubate for 2-4 days until myc starts comming through the casing surface. Patch (cover the white spots with leftover casing mix to let the rest of the casing catch up). Mist well. Put in fruiting chamber. Wait. Harvest. Do everything in a sterile environment keeping clean.
Thats how you do casings.

It definitely is, contams are gonna be your biggest worry. I wouldn't recommend casing without a Martha closet or somekinda really sterilized chamber. I've given up on my hydro pod for casings, cannot keep the cunt hams out I am getting a Martha closet very soon.

I dont think casings are really that hard, I worked in the open air of my kitchen after spraying with bleech water and lysol. broke up cakes and cased. No problems with contams, fully colonized cakes are pretty resistant to contams. After incubation I stuck it into a regular terrarium (fishtank w/ wet perlite)w/ some cakes, fanned about 5 times a day, and the results were great. Ive since cased all the other cakes cause the casing was so much better, and now they have a new home in a martha. Its nice for casings but by no means necessary.

read scatmanrays post do exactly that. it works like a charm. i use plain coco. its dead simple just dunmp lots of boiling water on coir it will expand, cover. when its cool grab a handfull sqeeze out excess water the crumble over crumbled cake. both layers about and inch or less. i dont bother to recover the first white spots that show but it will further increase your yield. i like to use buckets or washtubs as containers that way they are aleady in a fruiting container just cover with some clear plastic. mist and fan daily - remeber NOT too moist 60% these arent cakes, much easier than cakes. always works seldom contaminates. and if you lose ome after 3 flushes the others are in their own buckets. and im filthy around my shrooms. you be clean. clean hands and wear a mask. most importantly once oyu do this you are a step away from bulk hehhehe read some of my recent posts about worm castings.

use the search tool my friend. essential. always look for something on the forum before you ask a question, it'll save you alot of hassle.
good luck with the grow.
i find that BRF doesn't increase in yield as well with casings as when you use a grain IME.
