when to raise temp and humid.???

k my casing has been sittin here for about a week now and i initaioted pinning about 4 days ago and have the humid, at around 86-88 with temp 74-76 and constant air exchanges. ive noticed that the mycelium has grown quite strongly and little reddish brown dark dots have started forming at the top of the casing layer(pins i guess, just not full abhorts). am i supposed to start the growomg process now or wait for abhorts to form first? when should i raise the temp and humidity to and what to? do i still need to fan after fruiting occurs? thnx for any help

Don`t change a thing! Unless you`re still misting the casing, in which case stop. Continue fanning, those are indeed pins. You're just days away from picking that all important first crop.

woah--pl, man, you're doing fine. be patient, keep doing what you are doing, and read up a bit about casing and harvesting while you're doing it... ;-)

thnx everyone, i think i finally did it right this time, this mornin i woke up to 2 hehe pins that are bulking up nicely , or at least abhorts, but it seams like its finally workin out for me. hopefully i see some more of these cool as things soon. thnx again u all rock!
